What a stamp template gives you
The hard part of a round stamp is not the circle. It is the text on the curve — getting the top arc and the bottom arc to sit evenly, spacing the letters so the words do not crowd at the ends, and keeping the centre readable at 40 mm across.
A template has that geometry solved. You are only replacing words, which takes a minute rather than an afternoon of nudging text along a path.

Company seal templates
The classic corporate layout: legal entity name on the top arc, registration or licence number on the bottom arc, entity type or city in the centre. This is how a company seal is conventionally set out, and following the convention matters more than decoration — the whole point is that it reads as a formal mark at a glance.
Two rings with a star separator on each side is the most common variant. Add a third inner ring if you have a lot of text; drop to a single ring if you have very little.
Business stamp templates
Approval and workflow marks, plus branded round stamps for small firms. Designs like APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT, PAYMENT RECEIVED, or a round mark carrying a company name with a logo in the middle.

Which format to download
Transparent PNG is what most people want. The background is genuinely transparent, so the stamp sits over your document text the way real ink would rather than covering it with a white square.
SVG when a print shop asks for vector, or when the stamp needs to be large. It stays sharp at any size because it is drawn from coordinates, not pixels.
PDF when you want a single page you can email to a stamp manufacturer or a printer.
About stamp sizes
Most templates here are 40 × 40 mm, which is the common size for a round company stamp — large enough for two rings of text, small enough to fit in a signature block without dominating the page.
Go up to 45–50 mm if you have a long legal name plus a registration number. Drop to 30 mm for a compact mark that sits beside a signature. You can change the size in the editor without the layout falling apart.
Using stamps responsibly
Stamp templates are design starting points. They are meant for your own organisation's marks, your own approval workflows, and your own documents.
Do not use them to reproduce a seal belonging to a government body, a court, a regulator, a bank, a notary, a university, or any company that is not yours. Recreating an official seal to make a document look authenticated is document forgery in essentially every jurisdiction, and it does not stop being forgery because the file was made in a browser. Every template on this page ships with placeholder text for that reason — replace it with your own details, not somebody else's.
