How ToolBody Works
The three-step process
Every tool on ToolBody — Stamp Maker, Invoice Maker, Signature Maker — works the same way. Same three steps, same level of effort, same final outcome: a clean professional file ready to use.
Step 1 — Pick a template
Each tool has a library of pre-built templates organised by use case. The Stamp Maker has round seals, office workflow stamps, school stamps, date stamps, and custom shapes. The Invoice Maker has invoice layouts for different industries. The Signature Maker has drawing and typing options.
Don't see anything close enough? Start from a blank canvas. The editor doesn't require a template to begin.
Step 2 — Customise in the browser editor
The editor opens with the template's layout pre-loaded. From there, you change what you need:
Type your text. Company name, invoice details, signature initials — replace placeholder content with your real text.
Adjust colours. Match your brand or use conventional colours (red for APPROVED, blue for received-date stamps, etc.).
Upload a logo or image. Drag-and-drop your file. The editor handles resizing and positioning.
Change fonts and borders. Multiple font options for different personalities. Border styles for different formality levels.
Resize and reposition. Every element is movable.
The editor runs in your browser. Your work isn't uploaded to our servers. Stays in your tab, on your device, until you download it.
Step 3 — Download a clean file
When the design looks right, click download. Pick the format that fits your use case:
PNG — transparent background, for digital documents (PDFs, Word, Google Docs, emails, web pages)
SVG — vector format, scales without quality loss, for physical rubber stamp production
PDF — for direct PDF document insertion
Every download is clean — no ToolBody branding, no preview overlay, no watermark. The file is yours. Open Stamp Maker Open Invoice Maker Open Signature Maker
The three tools, briefly
Stamp Maker
Design company stamps, official seals, approval marks, library stamps, school stamps, and date stamps. Round, oval, rectangular, hexagonal, scalloped — any shape. Curved text on top and bottom arcs. Logo upload. Bilingual support for English + Arabic and other script combinations.
Browse templates by category: Round · Company Seals · Office Workflow · School · Date · Custom shapes.
Invoice Maker
Create professional PDF invoices with line items, totals, tax fields, and brand styling. Built-in stamp and signature fields — upload a stamp and signature designed in the other ToolBody tools to mark the invoice as paid or sign it off in one go. No account, no recurring database — every invoice is a one-off file. Open Invoice Maker
Signature Maker
Draw a signature on a touchscreen, trace it with a mouse, or type your name in handwriting-style fonts. Download as transparent PNG. Drops onto any document without a white box behind it. Useful for everyday signing of PDFs, contracts, agreement forms, and letters. Open Signature Maker
How the tools work together
The most useful workflow on ToolBody combines all three tools. The typical sequence:
Design a stamp (e.g., a PAID stamp) in the Stamp Maker and download it as PNG.
Create a signature in the Signature Maker and download it as PNG.
Build an invoice in the Invoice Maker. Upload both the stamp PNG and the signature PNG into the invoice's stamp/signature fields. Download the marked invoice as a PDF.
Total time: about three minutes for a fully designed, signed, and stamped invoice — and you keep all the source files for re-use later.
This cross-tool flow is the most-used pattern on the site. It's why the Invoice Maker has dedicated upload fields for stamps and signatures — they're built to work together, not as isolated tools.
Why browser-based works
A few things browser-based design makes possible that downloadable software doesn't:
No install. Open the site, start designing. Works on any device with a modern browser — desktop, laptop, tablet, phone.
No account. You don't pay with your email address. You don't need to remember a password.
No version mismatch. Everyone gets the same up-to-date editor, always.
Your data stays local. The tools process your designs in your browser. Your stamp text, invoice details, and signature work never reach our servers. We literally don't have them to lose or share.
The trade-off is that drafts live in your browser, not in a cloud account. If you clear browser data or switch devices, the draft is gone. For most users this is a good trade — most stamp and invoice designs are quick enough that "lost draft" isn't a recurring problem.
What you can do with the files
A few of the common use cases:
Drop a stamp PNG into a Word document or Google Doc with Insert → Image
Add a signature to a PDF contract using any PDF editor (Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, PDF24)
Send invoices as PDF attachments by email
Order a physical rubber stamp by sending the SVG file to a print shop with dimensions in millimetres
Print invoices on A4 or US Letter directly from the PDF
Every file is standard-format and works in every tool that accepts PNG, SVG, or PDF. No special compatibility issues.
