How ToolBody Works

Every tool on ToolBody follows the same three steps: open the tool, make it yours, download the file. It doesn't matter whether you're designing a company stamp, billing a client, quoting a job, writing a payslip, signing a document or making a QR code — the effort is the same, and so is the result: a clean, professional file with no watermark, no account and nothing uploaded anywhere.

This page walks through those three steps, introduces the six tools, and shows how they work together.

Step 1 — Open the tool you need

Start from the home page or go straight to the tool:

The tool loads instantly in your browser. There's no login screen, no onboarding tour and no tutorial to skip. If you'd rather not start from a blank canvas, the Templates hub has ready-made designs — the stamp templates alone cover round seals, company seals, business stamps, school stamps, date stamps and custom shapes.

Step 2 — Make it yours

Each tool opens with a live preview. Whatever you change on one side appears on the other side straight away, so you always know exactly what you're going to download.

What you can change depends on the tool, but the pattern is the same. Type your real details in place of the sample content — your company name, the client's address, line items and rates, an employee's earnings, the text that curves around a seal. Adjust colours to match your brand or to follow convention: red for a PAID stamp, blue for a received-date mark. Upload a logo and the editor sizes and positions it for you. Pick a font, change a border, move an element, switch a layout.

In the Invoice Maker, Quotation Maker and Payslip Generator, the numbers take care of themselves — subtotals, tax, discounts and totals recalculate as you type. In the Signature Maker, you can draw with a finger, mouse or trackpad, or type your name and choose a handwriting style. In the QR Code Generator, you pick the code type first — link, WiFi, contact card, WhatsApp, text and more — then style the dots, corners and colours and drop your logo in the centre.

All of this happens in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to our servers. Your work stays in your tab, on your device, until you choose to download it. Drafts are saved locally too, so if you close the tab and come back later, your work is still there.

Step 3 — Download a clean file

When it looks right, click download and pick the format that fits the job:

  • PNG with a transparent background — for stamps and signatures you'll drop onto Word documents, Google Docs, PDFs, emails or web pages

  • SVG — a vector file that scales without losing quality, ideal for sending a stamp design to a print shop or resizing a QR code for a poster

  • PDF — for invoices, quotations and payslips, ready to email, print or file

Every download is exactly what you saw in the preview. No ToolBody footer, no logo in the corner, no watermark. The file is yours.

The six tools

Stamp Maker

Design company stamps, official seals, approval marks, library stamps, school stamps and date stamps. Choose round, oval, rectangular or a custom shape; curve your text along the top and bottom arcs the way a real seal is cut; add a logo at the centre; pick any ink colour. Bilingual text — English with Arabic or other scripts — is supported. Download a transparent PNG for documents, an SVG for a physical rubber stamp order, or a PDF.

Invoice Maker

Build a professional invoice with line items, quantities, rates, tax and discounts. Totals calculate automatically. Choose a layout, add your logo, and drop a stamp and signature straight onto the invoice before you download — something most free invoice tools leave out. Every invoice is a standalone PDF; there's no customer database to set up and no account to maintain.

Quotation Maker

A quotation is a price you're willing to be held to, so it needs a reference number, a date it expires and a place to sign. The Quotation Maker gives you all three. Add priced line items, set the tax, put in a valid-until date and download a print-ready PDF. It's built to sit in front of the Invoice Maker: quote the job, get it accepted, then bill it with the same line items so the invoice matches what was agreed.

Payslip Generator

Write a payslip without payroll software. Add the employer and employee, set the pay period, list earnings and deductions line by line, and the net pay works itself out. It doesn't assume a country — set your currency and name the deductions you actually make, whether that's tax, pension, a loan repayment or unpaid leave. Download one PDF per employee per month.

Signature Maker

Draw your signature on a touchscreen or with a mouse, or type your name and pick a handwriting-style font. Either way you get a transparent PNG that sits cleanly on any document — white paper, coloured letterhead or a styled PDF — without a white box around it. Use it to sign contracts, agreements, letters and forms, or drop it directly onto an invoice or quotation made here.

QR Code Generator

Make a QR code for a link, a WiFi network, a contact card, a WhatsApp chat, an email, a phone number, a location, an event or plain text. The destination is written into the code itself — nothing routes through our servers, so the code never expires, isn't tracked and keeps working whether or not ToolBody exists. Style the colours, dots and corners, add your logo, and download as PNG, SVG or PDF.

How the tools work together

The tools are built to feed into each other, and the most common workflow on the site uses three or four of them in sequence:

  1. Design a PAID or APPROVED stamp in the Stamp Maker and download the PNG.

  2. Create your signature in the Signature Maker and download the PNG.

  3. Quote the job in the Quotation Maker, add the signature, and send the PDF to the client.

  4. Once it's accepted, build the invoice in the Invoice Maker with the same line items, drop in both the stamp and the signature, and download the PDF.

Add a payment link as a QR code from the QR Code Generator and the client can pay from their phone. The whole loop — a quoted, invoiced, signed and stamped job — takes a few minutes, and you keep every source file to reuse next time.

At the end of the month, the Payslip Generator covers the other side of the ledger: one PDF per employee, stamped and signed with the same files.

Why it all runs in your browser

There's nothing to install and nothing to update, so it works on any device with a modern browser — desktop, laptop, tablet or phone — and everyone always gets the same current version. There's no account, so you don't pay with your email address or have another password to remember. And because the tools process everything locally, your stamp text, client details, invoice amounts and salary figures never reach our servers. We don't have them to store, lose or share.

The one trade-off is that drafts live in your browser rather than in a cloud account. If you clear your browser data, the draft goes with it. For documents that take a couple of minutes to make, most people find that a fair exchange for not having to sign up.

What you can do with the files

Drop a stamp or signature PNG into Word or Google Docs with Insert → Image. Add a signature to a PDF contract in any PDF editor. Email an invoice, quotation or payslip as a PDF attachment, or print it on A4 or US Letter straight from the file. Send a stamp SVG to a print shop, with the dimensions in millimetres, to have a physical rubber stamp made. Put a QR code on a menu, a business card, a flyer or an invoice.

Every download is a standard format that opens in any tool that accepts PNG, SVG or PDF.
