About ToolBody
What ToolBody is
ToolBody is three tools, available at one URL:
A stamp maker for designing company stamps, seals, and approval marks
An invoice maker for creating clean PDF invoices
A signature maker for drawing or typing a transparent-PNG signature
All three run in your browser. None of them require an account. None of them watermark your downloads. None of them quietly charge you for "premium features" later. Free means free, every time.
That's the entire product. We don't make spreadsheets. We don't host meetings. We don't sell your data. We make three small focused tools that do their jobs well, and we get out of the way.
Why ToolBody exists
Every small business runs into the same boring problem: tools built for big companies are massively over-engineered for what most people actually need.
You want to send one invoice. The invoicing app wants you to set up a customer database, configure tax profiles, integrate a payment processor, and accept a 14-day trial that auto-renews into £19 a month.
You want a company stamp. The "stamp maker" lets you design one for free — and then asks for $9 to remove the watermark on the file you just made.
You want to sign a PDF. The e-signature platform wants three seats minimum and a contract of its own.
The gap between "I need a quick document thing" and "the available tools want me to buy a subscription" is a real problem, and it gets worse the smaller your business is.
ToolBody is the in-between answer. Free tools that do one job well, in the browser, with no accounts and no watermarks. Three tools today, more on the way.
Who's behind ToolBody
ToolBody is built by the ToolBody team, a small independent team, who started the site in 2026 because the experience described above kept happening to small businesses and freelancers in real life.
the ToolBody team writes the code, designs the tools, and answers the support emails. It's a small operation — deliberately small — because the alternative is the kind of growth pressure that turns "free forever" into "free for the first 14 days." There's no investor pushing for a subscription tier. There's no growth team optimising for sign-ups. There's no funnel.
If you have feedback or you want a tool we don't have yet, the ToolBody team reads every email personally. The contact details are at the bottom of this page.
What we won't do
It's easier to say what ToolBody won't do than to list everything it will:
We won't ask for an account. Not for the free tier (there is no other tier). Not "to save your work" (your work is saved in your browser). Not for any reason.
We won't watermark your downloads. Watermarks are a monetisation tactic. We don't use them, even on the files you'd think we'd most want to brand.
We won't sell your data. ToolBody runs in your browser. Your stamp designs, invoice details, and signatures never reach our servers. We literally don't have them to sell.
We won't pretend to be bigger than we are. No "About Our Team" pages with stock photos of people who don't exist. No fake testimonials. If we don't know the answer to a support question, we'll say so and try to figure it out.
We won't add an account system "for your convenience". The convenience of an account is one we're not willing to sell. The cost — your data and our ability to push you toward a paid tier — isn't worth it.
What we're working on
ToolBody is actively growing. The model doesn't change — free forever, browser-based, no sign-ups, no watermarks — but new tools are coming.
Without overpromising what isn't shipped yet, the direction is: more small focused tools that solve specific document jobs for small businesses, freelancers, schools, and offices. If you have a tool in mind that fits that description, the contact link at the bottom of this page reaches us directly.
How ToolBody pays for itself
A fair question, because "completely free with no ads, no signups, no upsells, and no data collection" sounds suspicious. Honest answer:
This site is supported by display advertising (delivered through Google AdSense). You'll see standard ads on tool pages and blog posts. The ads aren't personalised based on your usage of ToolBody itself — your stamps, invoices, and signatures never leave your browser, so we couldn't target ads to them even if we wanted to.
We don't accept sponsored placements, paid reviews, or "preferred partner" arrangements. We don't have an affiliate programme. The ads you see are the only commercial part of the site.
If ad revenue becomes enough to support ToolBody indefinitely, things stay exactly as they are. If they're not enough, we'll consider an entirely optional pro-level feature for users who want to support the site — but the existing tools will always remain free, unwatermarked, and account-free for everyone. That's a promise.
How to reach us
Email: hello@toolbody.cloud — for feedback, support questions, tool requests, partnership questions, or just to say hi.
You can also use the contact page to reach the ToolBody team directly.
For brand inquiries, press, or partnership discussions, the same email reaches us.
We're a small operation, so response times vary — usually within a few business days. If something's broken on the site, please mention "BUG" in the subject line and we'll prioritise it.
Where we're based
ToolBody is operated from online. The site is hosted on infrastructure designed to serve global users — most pages load equally fast from any country.
If you've reached this page and you're not sure whether ToolBody is "the right kind of free" — i.e., the kind where there's no catch — the rest of this page hopefully answers that. If you still have questions, the email above reaches us.
