Authorised Signatory Stamp Template — Name Stamp with Company, Free Stamp Template
A round business stamp with the company name on the ring and a person's name in the centre — the layout used for authorised signatory and personal name stamps. Orange ink, 40 mm.
40 x 40 mm
This is a round business stamp in the layout used for authorised signatory and personal name stamps: the company name curves along the ring, and a person's name sits in the centre in plain type. It is 40 x 40 mm in orange ink with a single ring border.
The names on the template are placeholders. What you are here for is the arrangement — a stamp that goes beside a signature and tells the reader, at a glance, who signed and for which company. Open it in the stamp maker, put your own names in, and download a clean file.
What's on this stamp
A signatory stamp is read alongside a signature, so it needs the name to be the clearest thing on it and the company to be visible without competing.
Company name on the ring
The top arc carries the company or organisation name. The bottom arc is a second text line that can hold a department, a city, or a phone number — or be cleared if the stamp only needs the company and the person.
Signatory's name in the centre
The centre holds the person's name in straight, upright text at the largest size on the stamp. A short title line — Director, Partner, Authorised Signatory — can be added beneath it.
Make it your own name stamp
Everything on the template is text or a setting you can change.
Replace the text with your details
Put your company name on the top arc in place of the placeholder.
Type the signatory's full name in the centre as it appears on the documents they sign.
Use the bottom arc for a title, department, phone number or licence number, or clear it for a simpler stamp.
Change the colour, border and font
Orange is the default and stands out beside a blue or black signature. For formal paperwork, blue or black is the usual choice; some offices use red so the stamp is easy to spot on a page. The ring style, border weight and font can all be adjusted, and the preview updates as you type so a long name can be checked for fit before you download.
Download as PNG, SVG or PDF
Choose the format that matches how the stamp will be used:
PNG with a transparent background for placing beside a signature on PDF contracts, letters and forms.
SVG if you want a physical rubber stamp produced for paper documents signed at the desk. The vector file stays sharp at any size and a stamp shop can work from it directly.
PDF for tools that prefer a PDF import over an image.
The natural pairing is a transparent signature from the signature maker: signature on the line, name stamp beside it. For stamped invoices, the PNG also drops into the invoice maker, which has a dedicated stamp field.

A note on use
ToolBody produces the stamp as an image file. A name stamp identifies the signer; it is not a signature and does not authorise anything on its own. Whether a stamped and signed document is accepted is decided by the party receiving it. For anything that needs a legally recognised electronic signature with an audit trail, use a regulated e-signature service alongside the stamp.
Start with this stamp

Template FAQs
It is placed next to a signature to show who signed and on whose behalf. Banks, suppliers and government offices use it to match a signature to a named person at a company. The stamp gives the name and the company; the signature itself still has to be written.
Yes. Add a short centre line beneath the name for a title such as Director, Manager or Authorised Signatory. Keep it to one or two words so it stays readable at 40 mm.
Yes. Remove or replace the ring text and keep the name in the centre. The bottom arc can carry a phone number, an email address or a profession instead of a company name.
No. It identifies the signer; it does not sign for them. Use it alongside a written or image signature. For documents that need a legally recognised electronic signature, a regulated e-signature service is the right tool.
Yes. Download the stamp as an SVG and send it to a rubber stamp maker with the size you want. The template is set at 40 x 40 mm, a common size for a name stamp used beside a signature line.
Yes. PNG, SVG and PDF downloads are all free and the file matches the preview exactly — no watermark, no sign-up, and nothing you type is uploaded to ToolBody's servers.
