Company Chop Template Malaysia — Round Cop Syarikat with SSM Number, Free Stamp Template

A round Malaysian company chop — business name on the top arc, SSM registration number, full address, email and phone in the centre lines, dark blue ink. The layout used by enterprises and sole proprietors for invoices, quotations and official forms.

Size

40 x 40 mm

Default color
#020091

This is a round company chop in the layout Malaysian businesses use on invoices, quotations and official forms. The business name runs along the top arc between two stars, and the centre carries the details a customer, bank or government office looks for: the SSM registration number in both formats, the full business address with postcode and state, an email address and a phone number. It is set at 40 x 40 mm in dark blue ink with a single ring border.

The business on it is the example. What you are here for is the arrangement — a chop that fits a name, a registration number, a three-line address and two contact lines into 40 mm and still reads clearly. Open it in the stamp maker, replace every line with your own details, and download a clean file.

What's on this chop

A Malaysian company chop does more than mark a document as official. On a quotation or invoice it often stands in for a letterhead, which is why it carries contact details a company seal elsewhere would leave off.

Business name on the top arc

The top arc holds the registered business name in capitals, with a star on each side so the start and end of the name are clear on the curve. Enterprises, Sdn Bhds and sole proprietors all use this line the same way.

Registration number, address and contact in the centre

The centre stacks the information in the order a reader expects it. First the SSM registration number — the template shows the 12-digit format with the older format in brackets. Then the address across three lines: street, postcode and town, state. Below that an email address and a phone number, so the customer can reply to a stamped quotation without looking anything up.

Make it your own company chop

Everything on the template is text or a setting you can change.

Replace the text with your details

  • Put your registered business name on the top arc exactly as it appears on your SSM certificate. The stars are plain characters and can stay or go.

  • Enter your SSM registration number. Use the format your bank and clients are used to seeing; keep both if you are unsure.

  • Replace the address lines with your own, keeping the postcode and state on the last line so the address reads the way it does on official letters.

  • Update the email and phone number, or remove those lines for a simpler chop with just the name, number and address.

Change the colour, border and font

Dark blue is the default and is the most common colour for a Malaysian company chop, followed by black and red. Blue photocopies well and is easy to tell apart from black print. You can also switch the ring style, adjust the border weight, and change the font — a condensed font helps when there are six or seven centre lines to fit. The preview updates as you type, so a long address can be checked for fit before you download.

Download as PNG, SVG or PDF

Choose the format that matches how the chop will be used:

  • PNG with a transparent background for placing on PDF invoices, quotations, delivery orders and application forms. This is the version most businesses use day to day.

  • SVG if you want a physical rubber chop produced. The vector file stays sharp at any size and any stamp shop can work from it directly.

  • PDF for tools that prefer a PDF import over an image.

If you invoice customers, the PNG drops straight into the invoice maker, which has a dedicated stamp field. A transparent signature from the signature maker can sit beside the chop on documents that need both — the usual arrangement on Malaysian quotations and delivery orders.

Who this template suits

  • Enterprises, sole proprietors and Sdn Bhds in Malaysia that need a company chop for invoices, quotations and delivery orders

  • Small businesses that want the address and contact details on the chop so it doubles as a letterhead

  • Traders and suppliers who stamp tender forms, bank documents and government applications

  • Anyone who wants a round chop with a registration number and full address rather than a name-only seal

For a bilingual seal with a P.O. Box layout, or a seal with a registration number on the bottom arc, browse the other company seal templates or start from a blank canvas.

A note on official use

ToolBody produces the chop as an image file. Whether an image chop is accepted on a given document — a bank form, a tender submission, a government application — is decided by the office receiving it, not by the design tool. For routine business paperwork an image chop is widely used; for anything formal, check whether the receiving office requires an original ink chop.

Most businesses show the SSM registration number. The template carries both the newer 12-digit format and the older format in brackets, which is common on chops made after the number format changed. Use whichever appears on your SSM certificate, or both if your bank and clients are used to seeing both.
