Free Template Downloads — Stamps, Invoices & Signatures

Download or edit online — your call

ToolBody's main offering is a live browser editor where you customise stamps, invoices, and signatures and download finished files. But some people prefer to grab raw template files first and edit them in their own tools — Photoshop, Illustrator, Inkscape, Canva, Figma, or whatever they already work in.

That's what this page is for. The packs below are bulk downloads of all our templates organised by tool, in standard file formats that work in any design software.

If you'd rather customise online and skip the file management, the live editor is the faster path. Either approach is free, neither has watermarks, neither requires an account.

What's in each pack

Every template in every pack ships in standard formats:

  • PNG — 300 DPI, transparent background. Ready for digital documents (Word, Google Docs, PDF editors, image-based workflows).

  • SVG — vector format. Scales to any size without quality loss. Use for physical rubber stamp production by sending to a print shop with dimensions in millimetres.

  • PDF — for use cases that prefer PDF input (some accounting software, some PDF editors, PDF-based workflows).

Some packs also include source files in tool-specific formats (e.g., AI for Illustrator, SVG for Inkscape) where useful.

No watermarks. No ToolBody branding on the files themselves. The packs are clean and ready to use.

Licence — what you can do with the templates

You can:

  • Use the templates for personal or commercial purposes

  • Customise them in any software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Inkscape, Canva, Figma, etc.)

  • Use the outputs on business invoices, branded materials, certificates, packaging

  • Order physical rubber stamps from the SVG files

You can't:

  • Resell the templates themselves as part of a "template pack" you market as your own

  • Claim ownership of the original template designs

  • Use templates to commit forgery, fraud, or impersonation (covered in our Terms of Service)

  • Use templates that resemble regulated stamps (doctor signatures, prescription pads, notary seals, government seals) — even though our packs don't include these, don't modify any template into one of those

In short: free for any legitimate creative or business use; not free to resell as your own product.

When to use the editor vs the downloads

Both are free; the choice is about workflow preference.

Use the live editor when:

  • You want to customise text and download once

  • You don't have other design software handy

  • You're on mobile or a borrowed device

  • The template needs minimal changes

  • You want the curved-text and live-preview features of the browser editor

Use the download packs when:

  • You already have design software you prefer

  • You're customising heavily and want full control

  • You want to integrate templates into your own asset library

  • You're going to use templates across many projects

  • You need an offline copy

You can also do both — download the pack for archival, customise individual templates in the live editor when you need them.

How to use a downloaded template

Different software, different opening process. The common patterns:

In Photoshop or similar (PNG / PSD work)

  • Open the PNG directly

  • Add text layers, customise colours, save out

  • Export as new PNG or any format you need

In Illustrator or Inkscape (SVG work)

  • Open the SVG directly

  • Edit text, paths, and colours as vector elements

  • Export to PNG, PDF, or back to SVG

In Canva, Figma, or similar

  • Upload the PNG or SVG as an asset

  • Drag onto your canvas

  • Edit text overlay separately if needed

In Microsoft Word or Google Docs

  • Insert → Picture → from file (PNG works best)

  • Wrap text, position, resize as needed

For physical rubber stamps

  • Send the SVG to a rubber-stamp manufacturer

  • Specify dimensions in millimetres

  • They produce a physical stamp matching the design
